LICENSED INSOLVENCY DIRECTOR

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and hard working with a professional attitude to their work.

You will be required to undertake a variety of duties including providing advice to potential new clients, taking appointments as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, liaising with the team to provide technical guidance with their case load, day to day management of the case administrators undertaking tasks on your appointments, assisting with the training and development of the team.

Other duties to include networking with current business partners and developing those relationships further as well as creating new relationships with other sources of work and being involved in the marketing plan for the firm.

Requirements:

  •  License for a minimum of 2 years preferably having had experience in taking insolvency appointments.
  •  Experience in marketing is also essential with the candidate preferably having a track record of successfully winning work.
  •  It is also essential that the applicant has strong technical compliance skills.
