Being a Nurse in a Nursing Home can be a challenging and extremely rewarding career. You will have the opportunity to lead on the care strategies for our residents, providing long term, holistic care in a real community setting. Care is always person-centred, and gives you a chance to really get to know the people you’re working with.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to join our excellent team of nurses.

We take pride in the way we treat our staff and the benefits we provide. As an employee you will receive the following benefits:

Additional pay for working weekends

Double pay for working bank holidays

Additional pay for working overtime

Annual Bonus Scheme

Re-validation support

A comprehensive four day induction programme

Many other relevant training opportunities - we provide training courses for all the skills you require to deliver the best quality of care

Hot meals on full shifts

5.6 weeks holiday

Sick pay

We drive innovation through our homes by working with our team of nurses and carers. We have a computerised care management system which reduces admin and allows us to devote more time to providing great care to our residents.

We invest in our staff, the environment and our equipment to ensure that you have everything you need to fulfil your role.

Nurses, rather than doctors, lead the life of the home. They develop care strategies, specify equipment and technology, oversee the work of the care team and monitor care plans.

Working for a care home gives you the chance to lead your team, with lots of opportunities for both personal and professional development. There are also plenty of opportunities for progression; a number of nurses on our management team started work with us as staff nurses.
